The Joy of Giving Week 2020 - Let’s begin the year with kindness!
A Joy that’s shared is Joy that’s doubled

The Joy of Giving Week, hosted by UCC Holding HR for all group employees, saw active and enthusiastic participation at PIH tower and project sites. The event was held in the last week of Jan 2020, was extended till 6th Feb 2020, however in reality it went well until the end of Feb 2020, due to the positive feedback and positive work atmosphere the event created.

The Joy of Giving Week had multi-participation options where each employee could choose many ways to increase and add joy to others in need:

• 1. Donate to Qatar Charity- TAYF
• 2. Donate to QAWS (Qatar Animal Welfare Society)
• 3. Thank you and employee acknowledgement e-card and treats, to recognize a colleague
• 4. Donate essential items to our own workers

There were over 2,000 e-cards sent among employees, in acknowledgement and recognition of the vital contribution that each of our office colleagues make to our work environment.

The Joy of Giving continued with all our volunteers to help sort and distribute the donations made. Thank you to each one of you- our silent soldiers.
