
Elegancia, Palmera, Stark Technology and Steel Master Participates in the 16th edition of Project Qatar 2019

Elegancia, Palmera, Stark Technology and Steel Master, subsidiaries of Power International Holding (PIH) participated at the Project Qatar 2019, the country’s only business exhibition specialized in construction and all related industries. The event was held at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center last April 29 to May 1, under the Patronage of H.E. Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior in Qatar. The event was officially inaugurated by H.E. Mr. Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Minister of Commerce and Industry, in the presence of Senior Government Officials, CEOs, VIP Speakers and Prominent Business Leaders.
Project Qatar is a fair aimed at transforming Qatar into an international hub. It is the largest exhibition for property management, construction materials, equipment and technology. The event also promotes to deepen the participants market presence and forge new business relations with countries of all sizes. This year’s event welcomed the biggest international participation at Project Qatar to date; hosting 15 international pavilions, representing countries from China, Turkey, Italy, Algeria, United Kingdom, Belgium and Germany.

Currently, the Qatari construction sector is the fastest growing construction market in the Gulf region, with 26 Billion USD allocated for major projects and accounting for 47% of Qatar’s total 2017 expenditure.
Palmera Agricultural Business was chosen as this year’s landscape and water feature sponsor. Prior to the event, Mr. Basaam Abu Saada, Business Development Manager, said “We look forward to showcasing our services at the exhibition to potential companies and clients that require high-end solutions.”
