
“UrbaCon Trading and Contracting Achieves 1 Million Safe Manhours for the VVIP Villa, The Pearl Project”

Urbacon Trading and Contracting (UCC) celebrated a major milestone for achieving “1 Million Safe Manhours” without recording a Lost-Time Injury (LTI). The significant feat was celebrated last August 8, 2019 for the VVIP Villa, The Pearl Project. The celebration was attended by Mr. Ziad Morsi, UCC Project Director; Mr. Wayne Oliver, UCC Holding HSE Director; Mr. Ahmad Adel, Lacasa Architects & Engineering Consultant Project Manager; and the entire Project Management and HSE team, led respectively by Mr. Nabil Gaaya and Mr. Ahmad Hani.

“We congratulate our colleagues for the dynamic work in achieving a Zero-Harm strategy for this project. With extreme preparation, I believe we can accomplish beyond 1 Million Safe Manhours”, says Mr. Moutaz Al Khayyat, Group Chairman of PIH, UCC and UCC Holding.
